Mr Sweed is an approved provider for most major health insurance companies. If you have private health insurance, please contact your insurer before your appointment to obtain a pre-authorisation number. Please bring your insurance details and authorisation reference to your consultation.
Self-paying patients are very welcome. Fees for consultations and procedures vary depending on the complexity of care required. Full pricing information will be provided when you contact the practice to arrange your appointment. Payment is typically required at the time of consultation.
Mr Sweed is an approved provider for AXA Health, Bupa, Aviva, Vitality Health, WPA, Cigna, and many other insurers. If your insurer is not listed, please contact the practice to confirm coverage. Insured patients should note that any shortfalls in cover or policy excesses remain the patient's responsibility.
